Why Yi Jin Jing(易筋经)?
The version we present to you is obviously an easy-to-learn and relatively low-intensity exercise. By carefully bending, pulling the muscles and tendons, you gain the benefits described above. It combines both (rather) hard and soft movements that is suitable for our young bodies. All in all, consistent practice will lead to considerably improved physical health!
